Who is responsible

Reina Model Management is run by Katarina Micic, based in Spain. She is responsible for your personal data. Contact: Reinamodelmgmt@outlook.com or +34 627 500 679.

What we collect

• Casting applications: your name, date of birth, gender, city and country, email, phone, Instagram handle, measurements, hair and eye colour, experience, any notes or links you add, and three photos. If you are under 18, also your parent or guardian's name, email, phone and consent.
• Kids' school sign-ups: the child's name and age, the parent's name, phone, email and city, and any notes.
• Visiting the site: our host, Netlify, keeps technical logs such as IP addresses to deliver the site and keep it secure. We use no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers, and our fonts are served from our own site.

Why we use it

• To review your casting application and contact you about castings. The legal basis is your consent, which you give with the checkbox on the form (article 6(1)(a) GDPR).
• To show your card to partner agencies and clients so they can consider you for work. We only do this if you tick the separate, optional box.
• To organise the kids' school and contact the parent about it. The legal basis is the parent's consent.
• To run the website securely (technical logs). The legal basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the site working and safe (article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Children

Casting applicants under 18 can only send their application once a parent or guardian has added their details and given consent. School sign-ups are made by a parent. We never share children's details from the school with anyone.

Who else handles it

• Netlify, Inc. (USA) hosts the website and stores form submissions.
• Resend (USA) delivers each submission to our inbox by email.
• Microsoft provides our email (Outlook), where submissions arrive.
• Partner agencies and clients, only if you tick the optional box on the casting form.

Netlify, Resend and Microsoft handle data on our behalf. Sending data to the USA is covered by the safeguards EU law requires, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

• Casting applications we don't take forward: deleted within 12 months.
• If we represent you: kept while we work together.
• School sign-ups: deleted after the course ends.
• If you withdraw your consent, we delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to how we use it, or to receive a copy to take elsewhere. You can withdraw your consent at any time; this doesn't affect what we did before. Write to Reinamodelmgmt@outlook.com and we will reply within one month.

If you think we have handled your data wrongly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es). If you live in Serbia, you can also contact the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection (poverenik.rs).

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update this page and the date at the top.
