Reina is Spanish for queen.

The name is a promise. A queen isn't defined by a look but by the way she carries herself: with confidence, character and quiet authority. That is what we look for in every face we represent, and what we help each model grow into, from the first test shoot to the international runway.

What we do

New faces

We scout and develop people who are new to modelling. That means test shoots, a first book of pictures, and learning how castings, fittings and sets actually work, before the first job. For the right faces, the road can lead all the way to Paris and Milan Fashion Week.

Management

We represent our models to clients, negotiate bookings and look after contracts, travel and schedules, so they can focus on the work.

Every model has a person at Reina who knows them, not a queue.

Kids' modeling school

In Belgrade we also run a modeling school for children, a first step into fashion with runway, posing, confidence and portfolio work.

How scouting works

From application to representation, in order.

  1. Apply online

    Send your details, measurements and three natural photos through the casting form.

  2. We review

    Our team looks at every application. Clear, recent, unedited photos help us see you properly.

  3. We meet

    If there's a fit, we invite you to meet us and take new digitals. Under 18s come with a parent or guardian.

  4. Representation

    We explain the contract in plain language and give you time to decide. No pressure, no surprises.
